DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY

Day 1: Sydney (Warrane)

Arrive Sydney
Hotel: Parkroyal Darling Harbour in a Superior Room
Includes: Privae Car/Driver Transfer from Sydney International Airport to City hotel.

Soak up Sydney’s (Warrane) gorgeous harbour, seductive outdoor lifestyle and great natural beauty. Cruise under the Sydney Harbour Bridge or wave at the Opera House as you ride a ferry across the harbour to Manly. Learn to surf at Bondi Beach or swim in the calm waters of Coogee. Lose yourself in the cobblestone cul-de-sacs of The Rocks or in the markets, boutiques, cafes and pubs of Paddington. As well as a world-famous harbour and more than 70 sparkling beaches, Sydney offers fabulous food, festivals and 24/7 fun.

Day 2: Sydney (Warrane)

Panoramic Sydney Sights & Sydney Opera House Tour

Includes: City hotel pick up, morning Panoramic Sydney Sights tour. 1 hour guided Sydney Opera House tour.

Set out this morning on your 4 hour tour provides you with the opportunity to see Australia’s largest city and New South Wales’ capital, Sydney. Visit the historic Rocks area and hear early convict history. Enjoy magnificent views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. See the shopping heart of the city, the Queen Victoria Building and visit Sydney’s trendy Oxford Street district. Travel through elegant Paddington with its terrace houses before arriving at the Pacific Ocean where you will see the superb coastal cliff walk around Tamarama and Bronte. Travel on to famous Bondi Beach, visit the beachfront promenade and enjoy a coffee or cool drink (own expense). Return to the city via Double Bay, Kings Cross and Mrs Macquarie’s Point for a final magical viewpoint over the harbour. Your tour concludes at either Circular Quay or Darling Harbour/King St Wharf precinct. Make your own way back to your accommodation.

Day 3: Sydney (Warrane)

Sydney Harbour Sightseeing

Relax while you take in the sights of Sydney from the water with a 1.5 hour morning tea cruise. Experience the vastness of Sydney Harbour with its many secluded beaches and spectacular sandstone cliffs. Listen to commentary on the history of Sydney Harbour as well as details of the marine life that inhabits its sandy beaches, grassy sea beds and rocky shores. At the completion of your cruise make your own way to your accommodation.

Enjoy the rest of your day exploring Sydney on your own or relaxing.

Day 4: Sydney (Warrane) to Adelaide (Tarndanya)

Includes: Transfer from city hotel to domestic airport, and transfer from Adelaide Airport to city hotel. Meet & greet, city orientation tour.

The wine and festival capital of Australia, Adelaide/Tarndanya is a place to experience the buzz, culture and convenience of a city without the frustrations. The city centre, surrounded by parklands, is a charming blend of historic buildings, wide streets, groovy shops and a huge variety of street cafes and restaurants. Visit the largest undercover market in the southern hemisphere and taste the best of South Australia at the Adelaide Central Market or enjoy a ride on Adelaide’s tram from the city centre to the historic yet vibrant beachside suburb of Glenelg. The city also provides a great launching point to the many attractions surrounding Adelaide, including world class wine regions, the Australian Outback, Kangaroo Island and much more.

Day 5: Adelaide (Tarndanya)

Adelaide City Highlights tour

Includes: Hotel pick up, morning Adelaide City Highlights tour with driver guide commentary.

Your 3 hour tour will introduce you to Adelaide city, which is surrounded by parklands with a blend of historic buildings, wide streets, cafés, and restaurants. Drive past Adelaide's cultural precinct - North Terrace, Adelaide Botanic Gardens and the beautiful Botanic Park, home to the Bicentennial Conservatory and the Adelaide Zoo. Continue through historic North Adelaide, where you’ll see tree-lined streets, mansions and historic buildings. Stop at the National Wine Centre of Australia, where you will have free time to explore the Wine Discovery Journey Museum. Your morning will also include a visit to the iconic St Peters Cathedral (subject to availability) or the newly developed Adelaide Oval precinct. The tour concludes at Rundle Mall Shopping precinct or Adelaide Central Bus Station.

This afternoon is at leisure to relax and explore on your own.

Day 6: Kangaroo Island

Full Day Kangaroo Island Experience
Hotel: Vibe Hotel Adelaide in a guest room
Includes: Hotel pick up and drop off, return travel to Kangaroo Island by ferry, lunch, Seal Bay guided beach walk, Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park.

You will be collected from your hotel early for a scenic coach journey to Cape Jervis. This 16 hour tour will commence by taking in the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula with its vineyards, coastal views and rolling hills. On arrival board the SeaLink Kangaroo Island ferry for the 45 minute crossing to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island. Visit Seal Bay Conservation Park to enjoy a guided beach walk with an experienced guide amongst a breeding colony of wild and rare Australian sea lions. Following a 2 course Aussie pub lunch spend the afternoon in the Flinders Chase National Park. See the regeneration of the native bush devastated by the January 2020 bushfires. View the rugged coastline from walks around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Your last visit of the day is to the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park to feed some kangaroos and get up close to the Kangaroo Island Koalas while listening to the Keeper talk about the cuddly mammals. If time permits, there may be a photo opportunity to hold a Koala (additional cost). Return to Penneshaw for the return ferry to the mainland and coach transfer to Adelaide. Upon arrival in Adelaide, you will be transferred to your accommodation.

Day 7: Adelaide (Tarndanya)

Today is free to relax and explore on your own.

Day 8: Adelaide (Tarndanya)
